For more than 25 years, Dr. Peter Lindtner has been working as a consultant in professional services and has successfully managed and led a wide range of complex projects. As a long-standing member of the executive board, he played a key role in building and expanding a well-known Swiss consulting company.

He possesses detailed industry knowledge in both manufacturing and trade. Dr. Peter Lindtner has gained particular expertise through his work on international projects.

Stefan Krauss is an internationally experienced manager and has been leading the global unit “SAP Industry Solutions for Manufacturing Industries” at SAP since 2014. As an executive sponsor for globally operating companies, he gains deep insights into customer requirements and enjoys a high level of trust among top customers across all areas of the manufacturing industry.

With his outstanding expertise in the solutions business, his comprehensive knowledge of the market, and his close connection to SAP, he is a valuable partner in shaping proaxia’s business.

Sven Lüscher, attorney-at-law and managing partner of the law firm Werder Viganò AG in Zurich, has been practicing law since 2002. In addition to serving on various boards of directors, he regularly acts as an investigator on behalf of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Furthermore, he is responsible for the ongoing corporate law advisory services of several SMEs. Sven Lüscher is a recognized expert in all legal matters of business life and supports proaxia in all corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law matters.

Board Member, CEO proaxia Japan

With more than 35 years of experience in the consulting industry in various executive positions across Asia (with a focus on China and Japan), Yoshihiko Maeda is now building and further developing proaxia’s business in Asia. He has worked for leading IT and consulting providers, establishing an excellent network. These connections, along with his proven expertise in building successful subsidiaries in Asia, are valuable both for our customers and for the entire group.

With more than 30 years in the IT industry, he has held senior international positions in finance and administration at a renowned computer manufacturer. His experience from numerous international consulting projects and his role as CFO of an international consulting firm distinguish him. Until 2022, Willy G. Wolf served as CFO, overseeing the entire support division of proaxia, and he continues to help shape the company’s direction as a member of the board of directors.
